Dear Parents,

September is here! Another busy and exciting month to look forward to.  Our children are busy preparing for the upcoming swimming gala! 

Our new themes for this month are as follows:

Kg 1: Colors

Kg 2: Continuation with vegetables

Kg 3: City and our environment and Plants. 

August Recap:

The first week of school went well. Children have settled in class and getting around with our class routines.

We celebrated Aqa Moula's Birthday on 20th August 2014. We had three cakes in the nursery. We celebrated during break and was served to all children.

  

This year we have introduced a different approach to the "Star of the week" program. Each child from all three classes will get the chance to participate. A week on advance your child will receive the following circular in the diary.

Traveler of the week                  

Dear Parents,

It’s time for your child to Travel!

Next week ______________________________ will be our class ‘Traveler of the Week!’ Your child will be traveling to ____________, so please take note of the schedule of the events listed below. If you have any questions about your child’s special work, please let me know. We look forward to hearing more about our little traveler.

Monday	Share your Traveler of the week poster and traveling bag with the class. Poster should be on country/town given.
Tuesday	Dress – up. Your child will dress up according to the country/town of travel, for the whole day.
Wednesday	Bring in your favorite book from home to share with the class. A parent to come and read that book to your class.
Thursday	Food Day! Send the country/town’s specialty food for the children to feast on.
Friday	Walk of Fame Day! Your child will receive a certificate for the activities carried out during the week. Parents are invited for this event during Friday Dua.

We've been celebrating birthdays through out the year. Kindly bring a 2 kg cake that will be enough for the whole school. Please note only salwaat milk is allowed as gifts to the class children.

Please ensure you return the reading book with the record keeping card everyday. We want your child to read as many books before the end of the year.

Qarzan Hasanah cards and money will be collected every Friday. 

You can send money every Friday for our school's sadaka and nazrul makam collection. This is an exercise carried out to help your child learn its importance.  

Kindly send an old oversize short sleeve shirt for your child to wear during painting. Please ensure it is always in the bag for your child to use. Wash during the weekends.
