This year the kindergarten introduced a new program for the little ones who join in kg 1. On the first day the child is accompanied by his or her mother through the day. This was to enhance a positive approach to the school and ease the transition from home to school for the child. Children enjoyed a fun day with various activities. The kg 1's also had an orientation for the mothers. Where they were familiarized with the rules and regulations of the schools and the kg 1 curriculum. The children left with a smile on their face with a head band to encourage their return the next day.
