Friday Activities!

Every Friday we have a combined dua and a planned and prepared activity by one of the nursery teachers.

Our most recent Friday Activity was a matching game which was about recognition of shapes and colors. In the game, children were paired in different ages and were given a match card, they had to identify the correct shape and color simultaneously called out...A game similar to BINGO. The winners were presented with a pencil. Planned by Fatema ben Noorbhai.

 

 



On Friday 11th May 2012, the KG 3's prepared an activity related to their theme, "Life under the Sea." The children read out sentences on different types of sea creatures such as fishes, mammals and invertebrates infront of the Nursery children and parents. This event was held in the Multimedia room.

AFEW Competition "Working together for a better future!"

Every year our school is prestigiously invited to attend an AFEW Competition where we get a topic from the AFEW and we prepare children in groups and do the artwork related to the topic given, the topic this year was, "Working together for a better future!"
